                             RESOLUTION NO.   19743 
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND ESTABLISHING
                   TWO (2) PETTY CASH FUNDS, EACH IN THE AMOUNT
                   OF ONE THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS
                   ($1,000.00) TO BE MAINTAINED FOR THE PURPOSE
                   OF MAKING CASH PAYMENTS ON MISCELLANEOUS
                   ITEMS FOR THE BRAINERD GOLF COURSE AND THE
                   BROWN ACRES GOLF COURSE, SAID FUNDS TO BE
                   BALANCED DAILY, AND NO MORE THAN ONE
                   THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($1,000.00) IN
                   SAID FUNDS IS TO BE RETAINED FOR THE NEXT
                   DAY'S OPERATIONS AT THE BRAINERD GOLF COURSE
                   AND BROWN ACRES GOLF COURSE.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       establishment of two (2) Petty Cash Change Funds, each in the
       amount of $1,000.00, to be maintained for the purpose of making
       cash payments for miscellaneous items at the Brainerd Golf Course 

       and Brown Acres Golf Course, said funds to be balanced daily, and 

       no more than $1,000.00 in said funds is to be retained for the
       next day's operations at the Brainerd Golf Course and Brown Acres 

       Golf Course.
